Impact Manager - Responsible for creating meaningful ways to reach students regarding social issues. Drives awareness of Fetii’s values on campus. Content Manager - Builds awareness of both the Fetii brand and key initiatives/events through various platforms. Connects with student leaders on campus, student-led groups, and influencers to create relevant content. Marketing Manager - Identifies key partners and locations for marketing campaigns. Assists the campus lead with arranging events. Campus Lead - Campus Leads are given more responsibilities and tasks. They are expected to execute events, communicate clearly with Fetii employees, and manage a team of ambassadors. This is a senior role and requires leadership skills.

How would you describe your school?

Type 1- My school is known for being a party school. Students go out most nights of the week and rarely pass up a fun event. Type 2- My school operates as “work hard, play hard.” Students study most weekdays, but have really fun weekends. Type 3- My school is primarily focused on academics or is a research institution. Students' top priority is making grades. Type 4- My school is in a major city and most people live off-campus. Students tend to socialize in the city instead of staying near campus.

How would you describe your communication style?

Communication is key. You always keep your main point of contact in the loop and want to share your new and exciting ideas when they come to you. You prefer to keep a transparent and constant stream of communication. In between. You communicate when necessary, but won’t be someone who chimes in the group chat during every conversation. You find it important to send updates, but will wait until you have a good bit of information to share all at once. At a distance. You only respond to questions when asked, tend to be more reactive than proactive, and don’t find it necessary to send constant updates unless instructed to do so.
